Over the last 25 years, Imamia Medics International has grown from a grassroots, local effort to a global initiative, spanning 5 continents, 17 countries, countless cities and impacting millions of people.
IMI Global, headquartered in the USA, is currently comprised of active regional chapters in Europe and East Africa and national chapters in Australia, Canada, India, Iraq, Ireland, New Zealand, Pakistan, the United Kingdom and the United States. Local chapters at state and city levels exist in many of these locations as well.
Given the scope of our mission, IMI’s work is not contained to only those regions where we have our chapters. The work by our chapters is augmented by IMI’s International Medical Delegations and Humanitarian Relief missions increasing our capacity to serve. IMI also partners with similar organizations as needed, at international, national and local levels, to ensure that gaps in care are addressed and quality services reach as many in need as possible.
In addition, projects like IMI’s new Global Headquarters and Intentional Community, NEST I, E-learning, Academic Council, Journal of Medics International, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program that integrate cross border technology and , extend the scope of our efforts to a truly global reach.
Wherever we serve, our beneficiaries include individuals from all backgrounds without regard to religious affiliation (or lack thereof).
