Located in Hamilton, New Jersey, Sughra Get Well Clinic is part of IMI’s global network of charitable clinics. Our mission is to help make healthcare accessible to community members, including those who are uninsured or underserved.
No one should be denied access to basic healthcare because of financial barriers or difficulty accessing care.
Sughra Get Well Clinic aims to provide free primary care to the community. As a fully owned subsidiary of Imamia Medics International, the clinic is part of IMI’s ongoing commitment to compassionate medical services.
The clinic operates from a modern facility equipped with private examination rooms and an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to support organized, reliable care.
Consultations provided by volunteer physicians and surgeons are free regardless of patients’ insurance status. Subsidized radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy options are also available.

The inauguration of Sughra Get Well Clinic marked an important step in IMI's efforts to expand access to community healthcare.
Imamia Medics International proudly inaugurated the Sughra Get Well Clinic in Hamilton, New Jersey, marking the beginning of a new chapter in accessible and compassionate community healthcare.
Hamilton Township Mayor Jeff Martin officially opened the clinic and commended IMI's efforts to expand healthcare access, particularly for uninsured and underserved community members.
State and community representatives also attended, reflecting the importance of collaboration between community leaders, public officials, and IMI in supporting a healthier future for New Jersey residents.

The second Interfaith National Diabetes Day was organized with collaborating partners IMI and R-Endocrinology at Capital Church, Assembly of God, Hamilton, NJ. The event was chaired by Hamilton Mayor Jeff Martin.
