Imamia Medics International (IMI) has established a wide network of 20+ charity clinics across Pakistan, providing affordable healthcare to underserved populations. These clinics offer free or nominal-fee consultations, free medicines, medical camps, and ambulance services. Since their establishment in 2002, the clinics have grown steadily, with the ambulance service launched in 2015. The initiative has reached thousands of patients annually, bridging gaps in healthcare access across urban and rural communities.

IMI Get Well Clinic Nawabshah

Established in March 2012, IMI Get Well Clinic Nawabshah has steadily grown under the leadership of Dr. Amir Nawaz Bhatti. Dedicated to serving the underprivileged, the clinic treated 7,593 patients in the past year at a minimal charge of only Rs. 50 per patient. It provides general consultations, nebulization for respiratory issues, and random blood sugar testing for diabetes management.

Beyond treatments, the clinic organizes regular health camps and awareness sessions, investing approximately PKR 1.8 Million last year in improving healthcare access. Through its affordable and impactful services, IMI Get Well Clinic Nawabshah continues to make quality healthcare accessible to the region.

Al Zahra Medical Complex – Chakwal

Al Zahra Medical Complex, located at Sayed Kasran Chakwal Road, District Rawalpindi, is managed by IMI Pakistan and continues to provide affordable healthcare to the community. Over the past year, the clinic served 4,273 patients at a nominal fee of Rs. 50, led by Dr. Awais and Dr. Sameem. Patients also received free medicines and RBS testing, with approximately PKR 1.8 million spent on services. The clinic remains committed to expanding accessible, quality healthcare for those in need.

Get Well Clinic at Uch Sharif

Operating under IMI Pakistan, the clinic at Uch Sharif, run through Syed Jalaluddin Haider Free Hospital, treated 15,170 patients from July 2023 to June 2024. It offers OPD consultations and free medicines at minimal charges, extending affordable healthcare to underserved communities.

Despite challenges like growing patient load and limited resources, the clinic continued operations with an annual expenditure of Rs. 2.9 Million, proving its dedication to community service.

Get Well Clinic at Bain Basha Shigar

Led by Physician Dr. Hasnain Ali and Lady Health Visitor Ms. Ishrat Fatima, this clinic provides consultations, ECG, blood pressure monitoring, blood tests (CBC, RBS), and minor surgical procedures. With an OPD charge of Rs. 50 and free basic medicines, it upholds affordable healthcare for all.

To address communication barriers in the region, an ambulance service was introduced for patient transfers. During 2023–2024, the clinic served 2,860 patients with an expenditure of around Rs. 4 Million, covering operations, salaries, and ambulance services.
