Physicians, friends, and volunteers of IMI proudly celebrated the Grand Inauguration Ceremony of the Sughra Get Well Clinic on October 18, 2025, in Hamilton, New Jersey. The multi-specialty charity clinic was officially inaugurated by Hamilton Township Mayor Mr. Jeff Martin. Nearly 630,000 people in NJ lack health insurance. Under Dr. W. H. Rizvi's leadership, 25 doctors from various specialties have volunteered to provide free weekend care to the uninsured, regardless of background.
With many international chapters, projects and partners, our presence spans across five continents. Imamia Medics International is comprised of active regional chapters in Europe and East Africa and national chapters in Australia, Canada, India, Iraq, Ireland, New Zealand, Pakistan, the United Kingdom and the United States. Local chapters at state and city levels exist in many of these locations as well. IMI’s Global Headquarters are located in Princeton, New Jersey, USA.
A registered 501(c)(3) non-profit in the US, IMI also holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council since 2006 and accreditation by the United Nations Department of Global Communications (formerly the United Nations Department of Public Information) since 2001.
