IMI established a charitable clinic in Shangrila-Sakardu in Januarary 2020. It has seen more than 8000 patients so far. Most patients are reported to suffer from viral infections, fever, flu, stomach problems and UTI.
Ambulance services has also been started and it is often used shift the patients to Mianwali District Hospital which is almost 45km away from Al Mahdi Hospital in Pakki Shah Mardan. It is also used to move patients to Islamabad, Sargodha and Lahore for their more better treatment.
