IMI’s Iconic Dream Project

After three decades of serving humanity, thrilled to share exciting progress on Imamia Medics International's (IMI) "Dream Project," a transformative initiative through our subsidiary, IHI, aimed at securing IMI's future by developing a multifaceted senior housing and medical complex.

The "Dream Project" reflects IMI's strategic investment to ensure our financial stability and commitment to saving lives and advancing humanitarian efforts. With significant financial returns and the development of essential medical and senior care facilities such as the Maulana Tilmiz Pavilion, this project stands as a testament to IMI's dedication.

Major Milestones

The journey began in 2017 with the purchase of approximately 30 acres of land in Robbinsville, NJ, involving an initial investment of about $3MM. This investment covered land acquisition, holding, development, and professional service costs. Key milestones achieved include:

  • Land Purchase and Feasibility Study: Acquiring the land and conducting a comprehensive feasibility study.
  • Builder Agreement: Partnering with K Hovnanian, a reputable builder, to develop senior housing. As of May 2024, we have received multiple nonrefundable deposits and milestone payments from K Hovnanian.
  • Redevelopment Process Initiation: Submitting the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) plan.
  • Planning and Permits: The planning board application and permit process are underway, transitioning the project to the construction phase.

Financial Projections

Upon receipt of permits by K Hovnanian, IHI is projected to receive over 3.5 times the initial investment in cash, while retaining the commercial land. The development phases for the retained commercial land include:

  • Phase 1 - Construction of a 45,000 sq. ft. Medical Office Building.
  • Phase 2 - Development of a 9,000 sq. ft. Urgent Care Facility.
  • Phase 3 - Establishment of Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Rehabilitation Facilities.

Approval Process and Timeline

This timeline spans from May 2021 to December 2024, with construction of the medical office building and urgent care facility expected to start in late 2025 and continue into 2026.
