Imamia Medics International (IMI) warmly invites you to attend its 12th International Conference, being held in the spiritually rich city of Karbala, Iraq. The in-person conference will feature academic sessions, special wing programs, and an optional ziyarat & sightseeing experience covering 22 December 2025 to 1 January 2026.
Sessions will cover all major medical and allied health fields including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, technology, biomedical sciences, and public health. Dedicated tracks will be organized for the Women’s Wing, Youth Wing, Technology Innovations, Pharmaceutical Wing, Nursing Wing, and Dental Wing.
Attendees will include healthcare professionals, academics, researchers, policy experts, government officials, IMI members, and families from around the world.
Accredited sessions across more than 20 specialties, including Cardiology, Dentistry, Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, Disaster Medicine, Ethics, Gastroenterology, General Practice, Infectious Diseases, Medical Education, Mental Health, Neurology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Surgery, Urology, and more.
Over 50 renowned global speakers and subject-matter experts will be presenting across multiple parallel tracks.
Dedicated parallel sessions designed to empower, educate, and advance women in healthcare, research, and academia.
Specialized tracks exploring innovations in AI, digital health, emerging technologies, and their evolving role in clinical practice and global health systems.
A dynamic academic environment featuring student-focused scientific tracks, poster sessions, and awards for the top Iraqi student abstracts. Students will have opportunities for mentorship, networking, and presenting research to international faculty.
Open to students, clinicians, and researchers. Accepted posters will be displayed during the conference, and presenters must remain available during judging and networking breaks. Submission Deadline: November 20, 2025.

Firstly, thank you all for a wonderful conference in Barbados. The educational content and speakers were excellent and in addition the opportunity for networking was a great bonus. Your hard work and its success was very evident.

IMI has been my outlet for philanthropic work since before I entered into high school. It is through IMI that I see my efforts, here in New Jersey, manifest into something much greater around the world. IMI has helped me realize that ambition alone is not enough to change the world; in order to achieve the changes we wish to see in this world we require ambition, vision, and most importantly execution. That is why I have joined IMI, so that my ambition and vision can meet their execution.
We just wanted to drop you a few lines to say that, myself and Mohammed, had a wonderful time in Orlando. The Hotel was excellent, the flow of the meetings, seminars and speakers was terrific (even for a layman like myself), and the warmth and hospitality of all was moving. Networking opportunities for young and the veterans were available at all times. All the presenters and the speakers were great. The special speakers, the Governor from Georgia and Mehdi Hassan were outstanding, and the dining arrangements were excellent. I have to get the chefs name...to all the people who were involved...thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication
